Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SeekON.AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service. The materials contained in this Service are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Use License

Permission is granted to access and use SeekON.AI for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions set forth in these Terms:

• •You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees

• •Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

Free Trial

SeekON.AI may offer a free trial to new users:

• •Your subscription will auto-renew unless canceled before trial ends
• •We reserve the right to modify or cancel free trial offers

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, and trademarks are and will remain the exclusive property of SeekON.AI:

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SeekON.AI from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SeekON.AI regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. Any additional or different terms provided by you are rejected unless expressly accepted by us in writing.
